The Evolve 3-in-1 High Chair is not just one product, but a carefully considered system surrounding one universal frame.
BRIEF: Create an ergonomic all-in-one step-style high chair that delivers exceptional support for the first year of eating, while providing extended use by converting to a toddler chair and kitchen helper.
ROLE: Lead Designer
This project was on an extremely accelerated timeline so the ideation process was more unconventional. It consisted of a lot of back and forth quick overlay and napkin sketches with our factory and outside CAD resource. This allowed us to quickly iterate and get into our prototyping and development phase as fast as possible. Since this was a new category we were entering and on a much shorter timeline, we prioritized development, but were able to incorporate design changes into each new prototype.
